These Lessons Saved Our Lives

While I have worked on many projects in my life, those surrounding the Camp Fire, the November 2018 wildfire that razed 95-percent of Paradise, California, are the ones most important.

A HIGH AND AWFUL PRICE: LESSONS LEARNED FROM THE CAMP FIRE is a five part documentary series telling some of the story of the Camp Fire. But what’s more, it relates the lessons in preparation, response and survival we discovered at a bitterly high price. From my own story as well as interviews with survivors, government officials, NGOs and first responders, LESSONS LEARNED is the distillation of what you should know to prepare for your own disaster.
